Listed on the National register of historical places as part of the Union Mill Complex. Originally built in 1850 and operated as a paper mill owned by George West until 1899. Then purchased by Union Bag and Paper Company and ran until 1919 when Frederick Bischoff purchased the mill and converted it into a chocolate factory.
