Richard Borden Mill No. 1 was built in 1871 on Rodman Street in Fall River, MA. Owned and named after Richard Borden, who is considered the most influential person in the early history and development of Fall River. He built several cotton mills in the city throughout the 19th century.

The mill was recorded HABS (MASS-984) in 1971. The building was destroyed by fire in 1981.
