This Fall River granite built cotton cloth mill was built in 1874. Like many of the Fall River textile mills of the mid to late 19th century, the mill was built in the Italiante style. In 1896 a weave shed was added to the structure. Added to National Historic Register in 1983. In the 1980's the mill was converted into a retail outlet center and operates as such currently.
