The brick building that originally hosted the Hinckle Brewery was built in the 1800\'s, and it is today listed in the National Register of Historic Places. After the brewing activity, the structure served as Ice House, and has now been converted into apartments - where original machinery as artwork adds a unique atmosphere to accommodations.
